Updated Expiration Filter

Formerly called "Next Expiration" and only returning parties with future expiring lines of coverage, the new "Expiration" filter now returns any party that has one or more lines of coverage that is expired or will be expiring during the time frame the set in the filter.

W-9 Document Recognition

TrustLayer now recognizes W-9 documents! If a compliance profile requires "Valid W-9 form must be present" then our system will automatically mark this as compliant if a valid W-9 is uploaded.

Party Custom Fields

You can now add and store custom data elements for a party using Party Custom Fields. Create new party custom fields in Settings or via import and populate the data on the new Custom Fields tab in a party or bulk import your data.

Parties can be filtered using custom field values and the data can be included in exported reports.

Bug Fixes 

The below bugs have been resolved:

• Fixed a bug where the party conversation order was inverted
• Fixed a bug where some parties showed a project-level compliance indicator when not assigned to any projects
• Fixed a bug where the filter label was not showing when a date filter was selected
