Ability to send document requests to more than 60 parties at once

You can now choose “Select all” on the Parties list page and send to the entire selected list at once. Previously, users were not able to use the “Send request” action after choosing “Select all” on the Parties list page which meant requests could only be sent to a maximum of 60 parties at a time.

You can use the recently-added “Contact Email” filter to ensure parties you want to send to have valid contact email addresses prior to sending the request and the “Compliance status” and “Review status” filters in tandem to ensure you are sending requests specifically to non-compliant parties.

Bulk document requests to more than 60 parties naturally take longer to process, so users will receive a notification when their bulk send request is complete.

Bug Fixes 

The below bugs have been resolved:

• Fixed a bug where the dropdown list was not scrollable when changing compliance profile on the Party detail page
• Fixed a bug where filters were not being applied properly for some scheduled reports
• Fixed a bug preventing users with a Procore integration from searching for parties by Procore ID
