Bulk mark documents as "Applies to all projects"
Users now have the ability on the Documents page to mark one or more documents as "Applies to all projects." Select one or more documents and click "More..." > "Associate to project" and toggle "Applies to all project" on then click "Apply" to save your changes.
New Parties filter for Contact Email
Users can now quickly filter to find parties that are lacking a contact with an email address so they can resolve this prior to using the bulk Send request feature.
Found at the bottom of the Filter list on the Parties page, the Contact Email filter allows users to filter for parties that have at least one contact with an email address ("With Contact Email") or parties where no contacts have an email address ("Without Contact Email").
Add all parties to a project
Users now have the ability to choose "Select all" on the Parties page and then add all of the selected parties to a project using "More..." > "Add to project."
New "Added date" option for reports
When exporting a report, the date when a party was added in TrustLayer is now shown. "Added date" is a default column that can be toggled off the same as any other column.
The "Added date" column is toggled off for all existing scheduled reports. If you wish to add this column to an existing scheduled report you can do so from the "Customize report" tab on the scheduled export.
Bug Fixes
The below bugs have been resolved
- Fixed a bug where the "Initial document request" template was being sent out instead of the "Documents expiring" template for automatic reminders for parties with expiring documents.
