Within Settings (Sidebar), you will find the Text Snippets page. This is where you can add pre-written comments/notes to use when communicating via the TrustLayer Platform.

Adding a Text Snippet
1 Click the blue + New Snippet button.
2 Input a Title for the snippet.
3 Enter desired text into the Content box.
4 Click on the blue Create button to save snippet.

1 Click the editing pencil next to the desired snippet.
2 Made desired changes to the Title or Content.
3 Click the blue Update button to save the snippet.

1 Click the trash can icon next to the desired snippet.
2 Click the blue Delete snippet button to confirm action.
