We’re excited to share several updates to enhance your experience using TrustLayer.
- Improved Redirect Functionality: Direct links now smoothly guide users to their intended page post-login. Clicking on a TrustLayer email link while not logged in? No worries - you'll land exactly where you're meant to after logging in. No more unnecessary navigation - just straight to the point.
- New CGL Requirements: Commercial General Liability now includes three new options: "The physical additional insured endorsement form with ongoing operations must be present", "The physical additional insured endorsement form with completed operations must be present", and "Additional Insured status must be present".
- New W-9 Requirements: W-9 module now includes “Federal Tax Classification must be present” as a requirement.
- Enhanced Compliance Synchronization: Compliance data in external systems (e.g. Procore) will now be updated not only when the compliance score changes but also when a document is marked as reviewed. This improvement ensures up-to-date external system data even when the compliance score remains the same, accommodating scenarios such as policy renewals, date corrections, and limit adjustments.
- Corrected Non-compliant Party Count: We've addressed an issue that led to discrepancies in the display of non-compliant parties on the Project Dashboard.
- Email Template Deletion Fix: We've fixed an issue where a deleted email template would appear as a number on the Action card in Automations. Now, upon deletion, users will be prompted to select a new template, ensuring a smooth and error-free process.
